Key Responsibilities

• Help clients buy, sell, or rent properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• List properties on the market with accurate descriptions and pricing
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and closing documents
• Market properties through advertisements, listings, and networking
• Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and local property values
