Open Home Properties is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you enjoy sales, building client relationships, and helping people find the right property, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and online platforms
• Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, pricing trends, and available inventory
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the full closing process
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident dealing with clients
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
