Position Summary
The Property Sales Agent is responsible for generating new property sales, guiding clients through the buying process, and representing the company’s real estate portfolio with professionalism and market expertise. This role requires strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the property market, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and property events.
- Present and promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
- Conduct property viewings, explain features, and highlight investment potential.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close successful deals.
- Maintain an updated database of listings, clients, and market trends.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare sales agreements, documentation, and follow up until handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market conditions, new projects, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the local property market (Dubai experience is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients at once.
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not always required).
Preferred Experience
- Background in off‑plan sales, secondary market sales, or luxury property.
- Experience working with developers, investors, or international clients.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French, etc.) are a plus.
