Real Estate Agent

Forte Living is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to lead leasing efforts for our premier new development community at 2005 Third Avenue. This role is ideal for a real estate professional with a proven track record in luxury rentals, new development lease-ups, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales

• Serve as the primary leasing representative for the community, guiding prospects from initial inquiry through lease signing.
• Conduct property tours showcasing apartment features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leasing leads to achieve occupancy goals.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, brokers, and referral partners.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitive properties, and pricing strategies.

New Development Lease-Up

• Support all phases of the lease-up process, from pre-leasing through stabilization.
• Execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Provide feedback on market trends, prospect activity, and leasing performance.

Marketing & Administration

• Create and maintain property listings across rental platforms.
• Manage applications, screenings, lease preparation, and lease execution.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate move-ins and deliver a seamless resident onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and other company systems.

Qualifications

• Active New York Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of leasing experience, preferably in luxury residential or new development properties.
• Proven success achieving leasing and occupancy goals.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software preferred.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
