Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
• Provide professional consultation to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties.
• Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
• Effectively convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards.
• Participate fully in team activities as outlined by team protocols.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ongoing training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and develop marketing strategies for properties.
• Exhibit expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to property listings.

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
• Exceptional ability to establish rapport, actively listen to client needs, and provide effective solutions
• Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
• Skilled in overcoming objections with ease
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a dedication to client service
• Collaborative team member
• Valid real estate license
• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales
• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
