Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for sales and deep interest in Dubai’s real estate market

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the process
• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships
• Negotiate and close successful transactions
• Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
• Achieve monthly sales targets with support from the Team Leader
