Job Summary

Vistaland Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental transactions
• Conduct property viewings and provide market advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
• Prepare property listings, contracts, and related documentation
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Coordinate with legal and financial professionals during transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Valid driving license preferred
