Position: Real Estate Agent

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Provide expert market advice and identify profitable investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions effectively.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional client experience.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's property sector, including off-plan and secondary market transactions.
• Proven sales track record with strong closing skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented professional.
