Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Al Nahda, Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property sales and rentals, conducting viewings, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Stay updated on market trends and property availability across Sharjah and Dubai.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam is a plus.
