We are a well-established, full-service real estate brokerage based in Dubai, currently expanding our team of high-performing professionals.

This is a full-time position within a structured, professional company environment. We are not looking for beginners. We are looking for experienced real estate agents with a proven sales record, strong closing ability, and measurable performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (Dubai market)

Fluent in English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Professional appearance and serious work ethic

Goal-driven and performance-oriented

Compensation Structure:

Base salary + commission

50/50 commission split (in your favor) on self-generated clients

High-quality qualified leads provided by the company

Access to company database and fresh daily leads

Listing support and marketing exposure

Full office support and operational backing
