SKYWING REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C. is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Source, list, and market properties for sale and lease.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Negotiate property deals and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales of minimum 2 years is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam speakers preferred
