As a new yet rapidly growing brokerage, we currently have more leads than agents and are seeking motivated full-time Sales Agents to join our team.

Our firm delivers an elevated, client-first experience supported by our dedicated Concierge Team , which handles post-closing move-in coordination, construction, furnishing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers across Queens with professionalism and care
• Conduct client consultations and show homes primarily in Forest Hills and surrounding neighborhoods
• Stay informed on Queens market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Maintain pipelines and follow-ups through our CRM
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and mentorship sessions
• Build strong relationships with local clients, lenders, attorneys, and service partners
• Deliver a polished, high-touch customer experience aligned with Velvet’s standards

What We’re Looking For

• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and consistent with follow-up
• Familiarity with Queens neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Tech-comfortable with CRM systems and agent tools
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
