Real Estate Agent – 50/50 Commission (Abu Dhabi)

Cayan Hills Properties LLC SPC is looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi on a 50/50 commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and tenants in finding suitable properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing.
• Present properties and negotiate deals with clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.
• Close property transactions and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year real estate experience preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Languages: English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus.
