Role Description

The Experienced Real Estate Advisor - AUH is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and managing real estate properties. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting property evaluations, negotiating deals, and managing transactions efficiently. The role also encompasses staying updated on market trends and complying with regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills to successfully secure client deals
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring in the field of real estate is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage a dynamic and fast-paced workflow
• Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and regulations
• Fluency in English, with Arabic proficiency considered a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
