Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Agent fluent in Arabic. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing negotiations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and ensuring transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of real estate practices
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to develop client relationships
• Hands-on experience in Real Estate operations and Sales activities
• Understanding of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Proactive approach with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in using real estate software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
