Bradosti Real Estate is seeking ambitious and driven Arabic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in the UAE. This is a sales-focused role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions in line with company targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Stay informed about market trends, property laws, and new developments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate background (2 years at least ).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market is a plus.
• Arabic speaker and Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• preferred with own VISA.
