Key Responsibilities
- Promote and manage property listings with leading Dubai developers
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closing
- Attend meetings with major developers and network with industry leaders
- Leverage in-house digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and maximize exposure
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Dubai real estate market
- Professional and ethical approach
- RERA card and visa provided.
