About the Role
Bnan Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join us. Based in Dubai, you will represent properties from the UAE’s leading developers while serving a diverse local and international client base.
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. No basic salary will be provided.
Arabic speakers are preferred. Open to both male and female candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into property sales
- Present off-plan and secondary market properties from Dubai’s leading developers
- Conduct client meetings, developer presentations, and property viewings
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to reservation and closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on developer launches, market trends, and pricing
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary market
- Proven track record of closing property deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Must be an Arabic speaker ,additional languages will be an advantage
- Currently based in UAE
