Role Overview:

As a Commission-Based Real Estate Agent at Golden Bricks Real Estate, you will play a key role in generating sales and driving client satisfaction across Dubai’s vibrant property market. You will identify, build, and convert leads, negotiate deals, close sales, and earn competitive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Draft and present offers, handle contract negotiations, and close deals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and RERA regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, pricing, and developments in all Dubai communities.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and targets.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and ability to use real estate CRM tools.
