Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based Only)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to candidates with or without experience, as full training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights
• Negotiate offers and manage the full transaction process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and communities

Requirements:

• With or without real estate experience (training provided)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with commission-only earnings
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; attested certificate required if graduated
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
