Real Estate Agent (Commission based only)

Job Description

We are a well-established real estate firm with over 4 years of successful presence in the Dubai market. We are currently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents who are willing to join our company on a commission-only basis. We’re looking for motivated professionals who are committed, knowledgeable, and eager to grow both personally and alongside the company.

Our base commission structure is 50-50

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
• Strong market understanding and communication skills
• Professional, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage clients and close deals independently preferably

How to Come for an Interview:
Walk-in interviews

Time: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
except 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
