Job Role: Real Estate Agent (Commission Only)

We are looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking agents who want to build a successful career in real estate with unlimited earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable property options.
• Manage company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp & emails.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and developer offers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Real Estate or Sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle leads and follow up regularly.
• Professional, confident, and target-driven personality.
• UAE Driving License & car preferred (not mandatory).
