Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate and manage leads to convert them into clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to close successful transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Stay up to date with local market trends, listings, and competition.
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and legal for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Language Skill: Must be fluent in English.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Sales Skills: Strong client development and relationship management skills; ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals through effective negotiation and communication.
• Professionalism: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Technology: Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
