Home Keys Real Estate is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about property sales and leasing. This role is suitable for professionals who can handle clients from multiple nationalities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and clearly explain property features
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with clients from different nationalities
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
