Job Description

Golden Bricks is looking for motivated and confident Real Estate Agents who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s dynamic property market. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential and complete sales & marketing support from the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-provided leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on prices and project details.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, developer launches, and project updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Real Estate or Sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume leads with consistent follow-up.
• Professional personality, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset.
• UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Dubai property portals is a plus.
