Liventra Properties is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious real estate professionals who are confident in generating business and maximizing their earnings through a highly rewarding commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Valid RERA Broker Card (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

Compensation Pure Commission-Based Role

• 60% Commission to Agent / 40% to Company
• No Basic Salary
