Your Responsibilities

• Generating and qualifying leads across buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Hosting property viewings and guiding clients through communities and market options
• Managing negotiations for both sales and rental agreements
• Maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships built on trust and communication
• Keeping up to date with market trends, pricing movements, and new developments
• Expanding your professional network and presence within the Dubai property market

The Ideal Candidate

• Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
• Confident and professional when communicating with clients
• Self-disciplined and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
• Independent yet team-oriented
• Holds a valid driving licence
• Able to work effectively with clients from diverse international backgrounds
• Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial)
