What We’re Looking For

• Based in the UAE
• Strong spoken English (Other languages like Arabic, Russian, French, or German are a plus)
• Confident and clear communicator – Phone sales experience is a bonus, but not required
• Motivated, reliable, and professional
• Open to learning and growth in a structured, supportive setting
• Sales or customer service background is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Use our provided script to connect with potential clients over the phone
• Build relationships and identify their real estate needs
• Coordinate with senior agents and the team to close deals
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth experience for clients
• Stay informed about property listings and market updates (training provided)
