A highly productive, top-performing real estate agent with Liz Moore & Associates is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support a fast-paced and dynamic business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a constantly changing environment, enjoys being on the move, and takes pride in staying organized while juggling multiple priorities. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating directly with clients and vendors.
Compensation based on experience with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database at a high level to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate and communicate directly with clients, vendors, and service providers
- Run errands as needed to support day-to-day operations
- Obtain quotes for repair work and coordinate/schedule vendors and contractors
- Meet contractors and photographers at properties when needed
- Deliver a seamless client experience from start to finish (coordinating gifts, events, etc.)
- Assist in managing the agent’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling logistics
- Support social media and marketing efforts alongside the broader team
- Prepare materials using Canva (video, etc.)
- Maintain and enhance Google Business Profile & YouTube Page
- Handle and prioritize multiple forms of communication (email, phone, text, etc.)
- Stay highly organized while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working both in-office and on the go
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Canva (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Real estate, mortgage, MLS, or title experience is a plus (not required)
