Key Responsibilities:

· Client Advocacy & Consultation: Guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process with transparency, patience, and expert advice, ensuring their needs and goals are the top priority.

· Market Analysis & Pricing: Conduct comprehensive Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to price listings competitively and help buyers make informed offers.

· Marketing & Listing Management: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for property listings, including professional photography, digital marketing, social media promotion, and open houses.

· Networking & Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, social media engagement, and community involvement.

· Negotiation & Transaction Management: Skillfully negotiate contracts, manage all aspects of the transaction from offer to close, and coordinate seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other agents.

· Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, zoning laws, and property values.

Who We're Looking For (Desired Skills & Attributes):

· A valid state Real Estate Salesperson.

· Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

· Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create a comfortable environment for clients, often during stressful situations.

· Intuitive understanding of client needs, particularly in areas like staging, neighborhood amenities, and creating welcoming home environments.

· Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MLS systems, CRM software, and social media platforms.

· A professional and approachable demeanor.
