REAL ESTATE AGENT (FEMALE ONLY)

Job description:

Miracle Home Real Estate is seeking target-driven sales professionals with strong negotiation skills and a passion for the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.

· Qualify buyers/investors and understand budget, purpose, and preferred areas.

· Present suitable ready and off-plan options and explain payment plans, ROI, and market trends.

· Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.

· Handle listing acquisition: property photos, details, pricing, and documentation.

· Support clients throughout the entire transaction process.

Qualifications:

· Real estate sales experience in Dubai is preferred (freshers with strong sales background can apply).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Confident on phone and in face-to-face meetings.

· Ability to work with targets and a fast-paced sales environment.

· Knowledge of Dubai communities and off-plan market is a plus.

· Languages: English required; Arabic (is a plus).
