About the Role

We are expanding our Dubai real estate team and looking for ambitious brokers for offplan and secondary sales. Strong lead support, premium inventory, mortgage partnerships, and high earning potentialbavailable.

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for professionals who want unlimited earning potential, flexibility, and the ability to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.

Whether your strength is Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales, we provide the flexibility and support to help you succeed in the segment best suited to your skills and interests.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture a lead pipeline through calling and content
  • Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Advise clients on Dubai real estate opportunities based on their goals
  • Conduct property consultations, viewings, and presentations
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and digital channels
  • Close property transactions and manage the sales process end-to-end
  • Stay updated on Dubai market trends, launches, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Maintain professional client communication and follow-ups

Must have OWN visa.

What We Offer

Broker license support provided after successful completion of the 2-month probation period plus 1 deal closure.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Passion for sales, real estate, and client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills

  • Sales or customer-facing experience
  • Networking and relationship-building ability
  • Prior Dubai Real Estate experience will be valued
  • Social media and personal branding interest is an advantage
  • Multilingual candidates are welcome
