Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Executive (Hindi Speaker) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and legal departments
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate property sales
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); English required
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
