Job Description
This role is for active real estate professionals who already understand the Dubai property market, can handle buyers and tenants professionally, and are ready to work with qualified client leads generated through our marketing and social media channels.
We are looking for motivated real estate agents who are comfortable on camera, willing to build a professional property advisor profile, and ready to work with company-generated leads.
What You Will Do
- Follow up with assigned buyer, seller, tenant, and investor leads
- Arrange viewings and present suitable properties
- Handle sales enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing team for property content when required
- Appear in short property videos or market update content when suitable

Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred
- Valid RERA Broker Card is strongly preferred
- Comfortable appearing in basic property videos or social media content is preferred
- Strong communication and client follow-up skills
- Professional English communication is required
- Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and property market is an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed base salary.
Successful agents will receive commission income based on completed transactions. Income depends on lead conversion, client follow-up, transaction completion, and individual performance.
Important Notes
- All company-generated leads, CRM records, campaign data, and media assets created under this program remain company property.
- Agents must follow company lead handling, non-circumvention, advertising, and social media compliance policies.
- Property advertising and client communication must comply with applicable Dubai real estate regulations.
Ideal Candidate
You are already working in Dubai real estate, hold a valid RERA certificate, and want stronger lead support, better marketing exposure. You can manage clients professionally, follow up quickly, and convert qualified leads into viewings and transactions.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
