Real Estate Agent (Leasing & Rental Specialist)

About Us:
We are a growing real estate company based in Warsan 4, International City Phase 2. We specialize in leasing and rental services for residential properties within the area. We are looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our team and support our expanding portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing and rental activities for residential units primarily in Warsan 4, International City Phase 2.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close rental agreements with clients.
• Manage inquiries from tenants and landlords in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain updated knowledge of available units, rental market trends, and community details.
• Prepare tenancy contracts, collect required documents, and ensure complete compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat business and referrals.
• Advertise listings effectively using the company-provided property portals and marketing tools.
• Coordinate with the office team for updates, documentation, and deal processing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing or rental (preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with International City Phase 2 / Warsan 4 area is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly leasing targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Professional appearance and customer-first approach.
