Job Description

Home Keys Real Estate is looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents of multiple nationalities to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about real estate sales and leasing. This role is suitable for professionals who can work with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for sales and leasing properties
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and explain property features clearly
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term connections
• Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
• Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market trends
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with clients from different nationalities and cultures
• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Earning Potential

• Agents can earn between AED 5,000 and AED 10,000 per month, depending on performance.
