We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in a wide range of property opportunities from top developers. As part of our expansion, we are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents who are passionate about real estate and driven to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from leading developers
• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking
• Advise clients on property options, investment opportunities, and payment plans
• Conduct presentations, arrange property tours/site visits, and guide clients through the buying process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
• Stay up to date with new project launches, developer offers, and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Excellent networking and client relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
• Preferred nationality: Arabic candidates
• UAE-based only.
