Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in purchasing off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
• Stay informed about new project launches, developer offerings, and market trends.
• Manage and publish property listings on major real estate portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property consultations and site visits to off-plan developments.
• Generate leads through prospecting, follow-ups, and digital outreach.
• Work consistently to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a bonus).
• Currently based in Dubai and ready to work full-time.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
