Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist

We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents specializing in Off-Plan properties to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong sales skills, a passion for real estate, and the drive to succeed in a competitive market, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the full sales process.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market activities.
• Stay updated with the latest off-plan projects, market trends, and developer launches.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (preferably in off-plan properties).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
