Real Estate Agent - Offplan

Job Summary

We are hiring a Real Estate Off-Plan Agent with 6 months to 1 year of Dubai off-plan experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate, sales-driven, well-presented, and motivated to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai
• Handle leads provided by the company and generate additional leads
• Conduct client meetings, calls, project presentations, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Follow up on inquiries and provide accurate project details and payment plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Dubai off-plan real estate market (mandatory)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Motivated, target-driven, and well-groomed
• Passionate about growing in the Dubai real estate market
