Real Estate Agent - Offplan

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Off-Plan Real Estate Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Dubai's off-plan market. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape, especially off-plan developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across Dubai
• Stay updated with current and upcoming projects, payment plans, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven Dubai off-plan real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Passionate, energetic, and eager to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
