We have already built the marketing, lead generation, systems, CRM, acquisitions team, and seller pipeline. We’re looking for the right agent to partner with us and help build a high-performing retail division fueled by inbound PPC leads and seller opportunities generated through our real estate investment company.

What You’ll Do

* Meet with motivated homeowners

* Convert seller opportunities into listings when appropriate

* Build relationships with buyers and sellers

* Manage listing inventory

* Help recruit and grow a retail real estate team

* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process

Ideal Candidate

* Active Real Estate License

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset

* Wants to grow a business, not just work a job

* Coachable and team-oriented

* Experience with listings preferred but not required

* Comfortable working with motivated seller leads

Compensation

Compensation structure will be customized based on experience and desired level of involvement.

Options include:

* Traditional commission splits

* Team leader opportunities

* Revenue share

* Partnership opportunities for the right candidate
