Key Responsibilities (Sales & Leasing)

As a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant, you will:

• Work on company-provided quality leads
• Source, manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups
• List and advertise properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Negotiate offers and assist with documentation (MoUs, contracts, RERA forms)
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• English language is mandatory (spoken & written)
• Farsi (Persian) language is a strong advantage
• Iranian candidates preferred
• Age below 35 years
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred (sales, leasing, or off-plan)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• RERA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
