Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary (off-plan) market to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property sector, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai

* Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management

* Stay updated on new project launches and market insights

* Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing

Requirements:

* +1 experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales

* Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and major developers

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Fluency in English (other languages is a plus)

* Valid UAE driving license is a plus
