Real Estate Agent - Real Estate Experience Required

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Manage and maintain property listings across various portals
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, pricing trends, and legal requirements
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing in Dubai is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with RERA laws and regulations (RERA license is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and online property portals
• Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred
