Job Description

Luxven Real Estate is looking for motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai’s secondary market. This is a commission-based role designed for individuals who are serious about building a high-income career in real estate.

You will be working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with access to quality leads and full support to help you close deals quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage buying, selling, and rental transactions
• Handle inbound leads from Property Finder and other platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle until closing

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate experience is an advantage)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory)

Important Note

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. It is best suited for candidates who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by high earning potential.
