Real Estate Agent- Secondary Market

We’re Hiring: Secondary Market Real Estate Agent | Dubai

Caspian Properties is looking for experienced real estate agents focused on the secondary market to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and manage secondary market listings
• Handle buyer and seller clients end-to-end
• Conduct viewings and negotiate deals
• Close transactions efficiently

What We Provide:

• Full admin support
• Paid marketing & advertising
• In-house content creation team
• Professional photography & videography
• Advanced CRM system
• Access to a real, active database

Commission:

• 60% commission to the agent

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
• Secondary market experience preferred
• Fluent in English (additional languages(German, French, Arabic) are a strong plus)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Currently based in Dubai
• Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset
