Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage currently expanding its secondary market sales team. We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants with a strong understanding of Dubai’s secondary property market and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are confident in handling property listings, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and closing transactions in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and market secondary market property listings including apartments, villas, and investment properties
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and client consultations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and communities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience in the secondary market
• Proven sales track record with consistent performance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Dubai property market trends and communities
