REAL ESTATE AGENT (SECONDARY MARKET) | DUBAI

Fair Opportunity Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary market to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and market secondary property listings
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
• Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide expert advice throughout the full sales cycle

Areas of Focus:

• Dubai Hills Estate
• DAMAC Hills
• Al Furjan
• DAMAC Lagoons

Strong knowledge or experience in other Dubai communities is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Proven experience in the secondary market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate communities
