Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent specializing in the residential / commercial secondary market (ready properties) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell & Lease residential/commercial ready properties

* Conduct property viewings and client meetings

* Advise clients on property values, pricing strategies, ROI, and market trends

* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

* Manage the full transaction process

* Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers

* Stay updated on secondary market trends and regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in secondary market

* Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property values

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to generate listings and close deals

* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

* Valid UAE driving license is a plus

*Broker Card with RERA proven track is plus
